Construction of the logistical center, including: a 2000 m² production hall, 2000 m² warehouses constructed using precision technology and 2000 m² office building including an industrial kitchen. The project included extensive development work including a retaining wall, extensive parking spaces, and a checkpoint structure at the entrance. The structure foundation is composed of prefabricated pillars and walls, steel construction and conventional construction. The industrial floor is a Super Flat Floor in the warehouse and production hall. Loading docks are precision- poured concrete prepared to receive levelers. The structure is stone-covered using the wet method, with lighting the length of the main building.
